Service Disclaimer & Liability

We exercise utmost care in processing items, but cannot guarantee against color loss, bleeding, or shrinkage. We are not responsible for items that have beading, sequins, tassels, fringe, buttons, custom garments, or adornments of any kind. Our liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment.

Damaged Items Policy: Customers must report any damage or missing items within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Items Left in Pockets: We are not responsible for damage to garments caused by items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lipstick, coins). We check pockets, but the final responsibility lies with the customer.

Wash and Fold Policy: Items are processed in bulk, and we are not responsible for "dry clean only" items mistakenly included in wash-and-fold bags.

Pick-up and Delivery: We are not responsible for your laundry/dry cleaning before we have picked it up or after we have dropped it off.

Customer Risk: Items without proper care labels or with inherent weaknesses (silks, vintage clothing) are cleaned at the owner's risk.

Exclusions: Cleaners disclaim responsibility for accessories (buttons, belts), and damage from pre-existing stains.

DRY CLEANING TO-YOUR-DOOR has your permission to leave your laundry and / or dry cleaning at the same address as it was picked up with or without you being present.
